Coadex
I purchased a pack called Going Places, then some error message popped up, and now I cannot find the pack that I purchased and it has not refunded the coins that I have spent. It even displays the purchase when I go to my purchase history. Is there anything I can do or am I just out of luck.
TerryDeath
I would email SWTOR's support email. Never had this happen to me however I don't use the Cartel market often. support@swtor.com That's the email, not the preferred, but definitely useful. Have fun. JediQuaker
Have you checked the "Unclaimed Items" section of the CM window? After you purchase something, you then have to claim it.

Adric_the_Red
Also, you can only claim the item if you are on the same character you were on when you purchased it.
Spyderwoman
Also, you can only claim the item if you are on the same character you were on when you purchased it. Seriously? That really shouldnt matter since it is cartel bought?
SteveTheCynic
Seriously? That really shouldnt matter since it is cartel bought? Seriously. It matters. I think it's mildly silly, but there you are. (If you happen to be on the "wrong" character and buy something, say a Jedi when you bought an assault cannon, you have to claim it and then wait 36 hours for it to become "unbound" so you can transfer it to the "right" character.)
