  1. Most of the game's revenue comes from people trying to do exactly that through the cartel market. Since there is an exploit allowing the credit sellers to sell 4 times cheaper then this costs the game tons of revenue in cartel coin sales.
  2. So people selling unlimited amounts of credits for 12 cents per million is not evidence of an exploit? That means it's 4 times cheaper to buy from the exploiters than from the cartel coin store. How can the game survive that? At what point would you acknowledge there is an exploit? When they sell for 5 cents per million and it's 8 times cheaper than buying credits through the cartel coin store? Why can't they track those mailing of credits and find out what the exploit is and fix it, is that too much to ask to save this game?
  3. There is a group of people who post on the forum all day and don't care for helping this game. When evidence exists of exploits they act like everything is fine and then just use personal attacks. It's getting old but this game won't survive if stuff like this isn't fixed. The game may only be getting 20% of its possible revenue from cartel coin sales that it could get if stuff like this were fixed. Why don't the developers track down the credit trades and mails and find out what exploit is producing unlimited amounts at 10 to 20 cents each. This kind of stuff should be easy Either way i'm pretty much done caring and am sure it won't be fixed. Trying out new games.
  4. At what point would you consider it to be a problem? People can already buy 4 or 5 times more for their dollar from the credit spammers. Would you consider it a problem when it's 8 or 9 times more? How about 20 times more. I bet they have seen a huge dropoff past year of cartel coin sales. especially the last 4 months and they don't understand why. This is why.
  5. lol, I love that. very funny. The point is though. If a player has the following two options, the game has a huge credit exploit which is causing huge losses of cartel coin revenue to the game 1 = Buy cartel coins for 40 dollars, buy hypercrate, list on auction house after timer runs out for 100 million credits 2 = Pay credit spammer 13 dollars, get 100 million credits That means the credit spammers have a dupe or exploit of some kind and can price credits super low. They don't really care how low they price it because there is no cost since its from some exploit. Anyway been like this for a while, last 3 months much worse. maybe the exploit is spreading, I don't know.
  6. Inflation has been terrible for over a year now but for the past 3 months it has gotten much worse. People can literally buy 4 to 5 times more credits/items from the credit farmers than from the official cartel coin store. The only way this is possible is from a huge exploit. I don't see how the game can survive. After my sub runs out i'm done with this game. It's no wonder they can't afford to have more timely updates and expansions. Cartel coin sales have probably dropped off bigtime.
  7. The inflation is off the charts lately. Prices are also really low from the credit spammers lately. How can the cartel market compete with prices that low from the credit spammers? I think if the developers could identify and stop the exploit or method used by those credit spammers then many more people would buy cartel coins and convert them into credits on the GTN rather than buy credits from the credit spammers at those super low prices. Then maybe the game makers could afford to have more developers and more expansions for the game. Let's face it expansions and game development costs money and if people are buying credits from spammers for 3 to 4 times cheaper than they can get from cartel coins then this is a huge problem. I don't see how the game can survive this.
  8. This is hilarious. Right now there are 17 jedi shadows in the gravestone on the leviathan server republic side, lol.... and of course they never log out. Star Forge and Satele Shan each have around 10 jedi shadows each. Well they are on all servers pretty much and they seem to be mostly on the republic side.
  9. There are a lot less characters in the gravestone for a couple days now. I think the developers are taking action against those accounts. However I notice on some servers like satele shan empire side, there are still a bunch of assassins there 24/7. The fact that they need to be in the gravestone and are in there 24/7 and appear to only be stealth characters should make this easy to spot and hopefully fix.
  10. I just checked the gravestone and all 100 or more accounts have logged into the gravestone with their stealth toons exploiting away. The fact that they are online 24/7 is proof of something nefarious going on. They never log out or leave the gravestone. Imagine the amount of damage they must be doing to the economy with all that inflation.
  11. Yes, because a human can't be in that instance 24/7 therefore it has to be a bot. They are affecting my game by gaining an unfair advantage and by increasing inflation which devalues everyone's credits and lowers the demand for cartel coins because people buy credits from them rather than buying cartel coins and trading cartel items for credits on the gtn. So they are hurting the game's profitability.
  12. It's impossible of course to stare at the screen 24 hours a day monitoring them, but when you do check they are online and in that instance. No matter if you check at 3am or 3pm or noon or whatever. Therefore it is reasonable to figure that they are there 24/7.
  13. I notice that there are a lot of stealthers in the gravestone 24 hours a day. Just look for who is in the gravestone and then add them to your friends list and notice something interesting. There are a lot of characters in there 24 hours a day. It's always the same two classes: Jedi Shadows on the Republic Sith Assassins on the Empire The Darth Malgus server for example always has at least 15 Jedi Shadows on the Republic and 10 Sith Assassins on the Empire side, in the gravestone. I heard that some developer attention has been moved temporarily to another game but if some attention could be used to fix issues like this then I think it could help make swtor more successful.
  14. I hope anthem is a success and then it allows them to spend more time on swtor.
